Black&White Sensation in Madrid

Hallelujah! We have found the “Design Hotel-Mecca”! In Madrid you can find Hotel Silken Puerta America, where EACH floor has rooms with a unique look designed by a team of architects and designers. All rooms have one theme in common: Original Luxury.

My personal favorite is floor one, designed by Zaha Hadid from Iraq. She has focused on a black and white theme which brings a scientific feeling to the room with no edges. Minimalist and cool!

Experience a Night in an Igloo

Being an Eskimo for a night would be awesome! There are a few selected ski destinations in the Swiss, Austrian and Andorra Alps where you can sleep in an igloo.

Imagine spending the night there!

Hotel Pulitzer, Barcelona

Barcelona is a fantastic city that you can visit throughout the whole year. You get a combined vacation with City-life and Beach-life!

When going to visit Barcelona, you can for about 100 Euros (weekend rate) per night stay in a classy and cool hotel right in the centre, Cataluna Square. The hotel is called Hotel Pulitzer.
During the summer season you can enjoy a drink at the roof top terrace, for the remaining time the lobby lounge bar is really cosy too.
Their restaurant is only opened for breakfast and lunch. Lunch only during weekdays.
Since the hotel is so centrally located, there might be a slight noisy.
You also have the great benefit to use a Wellness for free, which is a few minutes walk from the hotel. It has indoor pool and Jacuzzi, as well as a gym.

When in Barcelona, I can recommend to get your hair done at the hair dresser. It is very cheap and they are opened late. So before you hit the night clubs, you can style your hair for about 8 Euros.

All the best night clubs are by the Beach. I can recommend the bar/nightclub SHOKO. It is very lounge and chic, with a japanese touch to the interior.
